- Shipping Carrier: We use Austrian Post as our primary courier for all shipments within Austria.
- Shipping Areas: Currently, we only ship within Austria and Germany. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our delivery areas in the future.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. Details of such offers will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or high-demand periods.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery within Austria and Germany typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or weather conditions. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the Austrian Post website (www.post.at) or contact our customer service for assistance.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Correct Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Missed Deliveries: If your package cannot be delivered, Austrian Post will usually leave a delivery notice. You can pick up the package at the nearest post office by following the instructions on the notice.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: According to Austrian and EU law, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Free Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return and provide either a full refund or a replacement.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Protection Law)
- Withdrawal Right: As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
- Return Process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@kinderwandshop.com. We will provide return instructions and the return address. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and offer either a refund or a replacement in accordance with EU consumer rights.
9. Customer Rights Under EU Law
As a consumer in the EU, you have specific rights under EU consumer protection laws, including:
